Things to Do

Lac Beauvert
Explore one of Jasper's most stunning lakes, offering mountain views and easy trails. Paddle around the "beautiful green" ("beau vert") shores with boat rentals from The Boathouse at Jasper Park Lodge.

Pyramid Lake & Patricia Lake
These two lakes are found just outside the Jasper townsite and offer access to trail networks and frequent wildlife sightings. Be sure to visit the island in Pyramid Lake—easily reached via a short foot bridge.

Maligne Lake
Surrounded by snow-capped mountains and glaciers, Maligne Lake is the largest natural lake in the Rockies. Take a boat cruise on its azure waters and see the famous Spirit Island.

Soar up Whistlers Mountain and explore the high alpine. At the peak, you'll take in panoramic views of Jasper National Park from a 2,263 metre elevation.
