Michael Downing

Vice President, Information Technology

Michael joins the team with extensive experience developing, implementing, and supporting complex platforms and systems. His experience as a people-oriented technology and operations leader will benefit our business as we continue to invest in and improve our technology tools, platforms, and systems. Most recently, he held VP roles at 1-800-GOT-JUNK in the areas of strategic implementation, business operations, and technology. This included a multi-year digital transformation for the business to move from its legacy systems. As our VP, IT, Michael will lead an enterprise approach to our technology stack and ensure the business leverages technology to achieve our strategic goals. He will lead the development of the company’s long-term technology strategy in collaboration with our IT Directors and cross-functional teams.
