Chief Financial Officer

Megan joins us with over 25 years of global financial experience. Most recently, she held the role of Principal Financial Officer and Senior Vice President Corporate Finance at RB Global (formerly Ritchie Bros) based in Vancouver, BC. Before joining RB Global, she held progressively senior leadership positions in finance in the oilfield services sector working in London, Calgary, Paris and Houston over a span of 18 years. Megan has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, capital allocation, financial planning and analysis, financial control, and strategic planning. Megan’s leadership approach is grounded in a people-first commitment and the belief that empowered team members drive success.  

Megan currently serves on the board of One Girl Can, a charity raising funds to educate and empower young girls in Kenya. In 2019, she was recognized with the BC Business Influential Women in Finance award.
