Caley has more than 25 years of management, operations, and hospitality experience. Caley has a well-earned reputation as a results-driven leader who focuses on building credible, trusting relationships with internal team members and external partners. He employs a people-first approach, which has helped him build high-functioning teams that drive business growth. Most recently, Caley was Executive Vice President, Operations and Marketing, at Shape Properties, which is an integrated real estate company with operations in BC and Alberta. Prior to that, he held operations, customer service, marketing, and merchandising leadership roles at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games Organizing Committee (VANOC) and Orca Bay Sports and Entertainment (Canucks). He has strong ties to the community having served on the boards of Canada Sevens and ViaSport, which is the lead agency to steward growth and development of amateur sport in BC.
